Topics:

Property Tax Reform
Florida is in the midst of a property tax crisis and despite attempts by the Florida legislature, we still lack meaningful property tax reform. Florida's property tax system is undermining the right to own property and it is time for the citizens to take control to solve this crisis.

Property Insurance

Florida's state government easily could be bankrupt -- and its taxpayers reeling from enormous new costs -- unless the Legislature abruptly changes course. If a storm -- even a relatively minor one -- were to hit the wrong area of Florida, the Citizens Property Insurance Corporation and Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund could quickly run up bills topping $30 billion.

Constitutional Limit on Government Spending
Florida needs an amendment that puts meaningful spending caps on local governments and requires that any tax increase must be approved by a vote of the people. This approval process brings public scrutiny and gives taxpayers a voice to force lawmakers to live under the same kind of spending restraints in that families and businesses do.

Fighting Taxes in Your Local Community
Some of the most heated and important tax debates are taking place right in Florida’s cities and counties. You will hear a panel of experts who have successfully defeated local tax increases and learn how you can do the same thing in your community.

Energy Taxes
The tax-and-spend energy policies of the last 30 years have failed to alleviate our energy difficulties. Florida will be ground zero for some of the most important energy debates
